Tonight I went for a short walk, and it seemed to help my digestive system somewhat. I think this would be a good habit for me to get into.

Hi There

I always get that end of day bloating...regardless what I eat.

Have a great day!

I also have done this on many occasions. It just isn't worth it when we feel so sick afterwards!

This is one of the most unpleasant parts of IBS, but I have to take some responsibility for it. I ate too much dinner, when I really wasn't hungry... because a friend prepared the meal, and I didn't want to seem unappreciative, and of course it was delicious once I got started. I could easily have eaten half of the sandwich and asked if I could take the other half home, though. Now I've got a miserably full stomach at bedtime. Choices, choices, choices. Just a reminder for myself and maybe for a few of you.
