Same problem here, I can tone and lift weights and do cardio till the cows come home, eat right, do tons of abs, but 1/2 " down from a couple of weeks ago.
I don't know why this is myself, it's frustrating as heck, sometimes I wonder if it's due to having to have white pasta or bread whenever I'm in the d mode, I can't tolerate high fibre most of the time or I pay the price. At least when I do white, it's organic unbleached, and the sugar is raw organic sugar cane.
Hoping someone else might have an answer????
