I find eating cooked veggies as opposed to raw helps minimize the symptoms. Re: Tomatoes. Add a tbsp of sugar to spaghetti sauce to minimize the acidity. Giving up tomatoe products would be REALLY tough for me.
this page lets you do everything except update your current weight. It makes no sense. I can never remember how to do it.
Thanks for the article. I'm still trying to identify my trigger foods but I know fat is definitely one. I took my daughter to Red lobster last night for a special occassion and even though I ordered broiled fish, I'm paying for the excess fat. It's a learing process...

This might be helpful for some. I know that some of these are triggers for me, while I do okay with others. Fat seems to be the worst. This week I had 85% lean ground beef because the 93% lean cost too much. BIG mistake.
