K, when you use ginger, do you add powdered ginger or buy ginger tea or use gingerroot or what?
Oddly enough, I find myself cramping when my stomach is empty and that a small meal helps. Maybe something mild early in the morning would help?

I sometimes have that problem too, and sometimes if I look at my journal I might find something. Would having a warm glass of water with lemon or an herbal tea with ginger lemon combo work perhaps. I find my time is usually in the afternoon and that's when I break out my Stash herbal tea, lemon and ginger.
Different things help different people, hope this helps you :)
My worst time of day seems to be first thing in the morning. In fact, I usually wake up to my stomach cramping. I usually don't eat late at night and I've starting making my lunch my bigger meal while having a light dinner. But still I wake up every morning like this. By 10 am or so I am feeling much better, but I would love any ideas anyone might have on how to help ease these early morning flare ups!
