I find great salvation in working out at the gym. When my endorphins get revved it takes away the cramping, and it's also a addage of doctors that exercise is good for IB, as it reduces stress which in turn helps to reduce the symptomology of IB. Not a cure, but a respite for sure.
I wonder if exercising helps the stomach pain. I don't know what else to do. I feel that if I do work out I will feel better but at times it makes my stomach cramps up? Does anyone have any suggestions what to do.........
