I know when I exercise, things move better and I am not quite as bloated.

Blessings! Dee

Gee you guys are going to wish I'd go away.

I find great salvation in working out at the gym. When my endorphins get revved it takes away the cramping, and it's also a addage of doctors that exercise is good for IB, as it reduces stress which in turn helps to reduce the symptomology of IB. Not a cure, but a respite for sure.

When I used to get those awful pains in the stomach, I would go for a walk and that seemed to help a lot...

Dance as though no one is watching you, love as though you have never been hurt, sing as though no one can hear you and live as though heaven is on earth.

I wonder if exercising helps the stomach pain. I don't know what else to do. I feel that if I do work out I will feel better but at times it makes my stomach cramps up? Does anyone have any suggestions what to do.........
