Vitamin D3 seems have done wonders for my IBS-D. I take enough D3 to keep a testing level between 60 to 70ng/ml. Ever since doing that, what used to be a severe problem, has become very manageable.
I also changed my diet at the same time, eating low carb/paleo. So hard to say for sure which item helped the most, but regardless nice to no longer think of Imodium as one of the major food groups!
