Hi! I've had severe IBS symptoms for 23 years and it's just been lately that I've seen a HUGE improvement! I have given up a lot of things from my diet over the last month or two. When I slip and eat some of these things, my gut starts fighting me within minutes. I hope this helps other people. Here's my "JUST SAY 'NO' TO" list:
1. most preservatives (eat fresh stuff)
2. white & "enriched" flours
3. hydrogenated oils
4. high fructose corn syrup
5. high sodium foods
6. foods with added sugar
7. saturated fat
8. most fried foods
9. most processed/packaged foods
10. high cholesterol foods
Life is too short to spend it hating your body. Don't let insecurity ruin the beauty you were born with.
