Thanks to everybody for posting your exercises; it helps to motivate and inspire me to get back at it again. I am so tired today after work, but I need to fit in some exercise.

I did some Yoga Yesterday,and it felt very good I'm getting back in the habit of exercising.

Well i've been keeping to my stress free life goal. all thanxs to sparkpeople for haveing that stress buster challenge. luv ya'll

Dee, I also did some dancing around the living room, pretending I was waltzing though I don't know how. It felt so good. I think I could even be a good dancer if I had a little training and practice. Now that kind of exercise I don't mind.

I used to belong to Curves and loved going to the yoga classes at 6 in the morning! We have since moved away from that area and doing yoga by yourself is just not the same!

Dance as though no one is watching you, love as though you have never been hurt, sing as though no one can hear you and live as though heaven is on earth.

I went to Curves today and did yoga. It included a plank.
