I have switched to using Turkey instead of Beef. It is more healthier.
Turkey Burger Recipe
1/4 lb of ground turkey
1 slice of Veggie Blend Pepper Jack Cheese
2 slices of 7 Grain bread or 1 wheat roll
1/4 tsp of hot sauce
Butter spray
(optional)(grilled or raw)
onion
sweet pepper
Liquid (water or broth)
Spray baking or fry pan
put your liquid in
put your hot sauce in
put your turkey burgers in
cover and cook
Set oven 325
cook for 20-25 minutes
half way turn the burger
cook the rest of the way
when it is brown,
put it on your plate of bun
