I live outside of Dallas and have been wanting to go to the Renaissance Faire they have every year up here. I still haven't yet made it.
What school are you attending UT? My dh is an alumni. If you have not done so yet, make sure you make plans to go to the Hillcountry (area around Fredericksburg in particular) next month once the blue bonnets start to bloom. One of the prettiest sites I've ever seen!

It happens every time I’m doing really good…I start to let myself slide and then all my hard work goes down the drain, making me start ALL over again! Tomorrow is my weigh in, and I know I gained. Yuck.
Sorry I haven’t been actively posting or commenting. This weekend we went to a brand new Renaissance Festival near Austin. It was pretty fun, except I pigged out on horrible foods all weekend and didn’t get any exercise in…. oh well, it happens!
Yesterday, my boyfriend and I cleaned the whole house top to bottom and it feels great to have a clean house. Don’t you just love that feeling? Thankfully my boyfriend actually helps and it makes cleaning more fun.
Today’s plan: get my morning dose of Ellen, eat leftover Chili’s (not good for my weigh in tomorrow, but I can’t bear to throw away food I spent so much on), go to class, walk Mazie, work out with KC, do homework.
I know this post was me just kind of blabbering, but I hadn’t been on here in a few days, so I figured why not! I’ll be sure to catch up on other posts throughout the day.
