I took the challenge and it worked for awhile. I stopped and realized that it really did do some help. I have been eating it everyday for the past 6 months at the same time everyday and I feel better with each passing month. However, the best part of it is I am experiencing less bloating and that is a wonderful side effect.

if you buy a yogurt that says "live cultures" on it it is just as good and much cheaper. i've checked a few at my store and the cheapest no name brand had "live cultures" on it and some of the more expensive and fatteing don't state this fact so it is really no good for you. Activia is a very tiny container and you can get 2oz for a cheaper price. i don't want to challenge the topic just sharing some info. i used Activia, didn't help me and i didn't ask my money back, should have, maybe you will. hey, get free yogurt. glad mush 2007 is feeling better.
I just wanted to share something. My husband and I saw a commercial for Dannon Activia Yogurt and my husband mentioned that I should give it a try with helping with my IBS. When I went to the grocery store I bought two weeks worth of 4oz. yogurt packs, and I have eaten one each day, since the 4th, and I can proudly report that it is truly helping. I have not spent nearly as much time in the bathroom as normal. My digestive system feels like it once did, before IBS. I still have some problems, once or twice a week, which is a HUGE difference from five- seven days a week. You might want to think about giving it a try. They even have a 14-day challenge, where you can get the purchase rpice back if it doesn't help you. Even more incentive!
