I never thought I would see the weight come off. Finally to see some progress I have a sense of hope again. Thanks to all your progress and encouragement I don't feel alone anymore. I will continue to work hard till I reach my goal, and if I need help I will reach out to my team. Your goals are my goals too. Hang in there snow or no snow we will plow on.. Ha ! Ha !

With the year more than half over, my goal is to stay on track with my life ~~ family, eating, exercise, etc. I want to grow as a person and to be the best person I can be.

I would love to see these 16lbs. disappear through my new workout program. I am determined to finish this program and hopefully exercise will feel like second nature from then on...

My goal for 2013 is to get my health back! I have maybe 35 pounds to lose, but on a 5'1 1/2 frame that's a lot of pressure on my joints, and having so many surgeries on my mid section I need to find creative ways to exercise. Trying yoga, and other ideas are welcome! I wish you all the best in this brand new year!

In 2012 I accomplished so much! I went on my first Archaeology dig where I lost 10 lbs. I got my BA degree. And I got married! I am happy with what I accomplished!

In 2013 I want to focus on my health, weight, and finances. I want to lose 50 lbs and I want to save enough money to go to Peru in November!

2012 Accomplishments:

Same as last year and the year before - my goal is to lose weight but it doesn't happen. I gain and lose the same 5 - 10 lbs repeatedly. If/when the stress calms down in my life, maybe then I can focus on ME again and make some lasting changes.

The most over-used antidepressant is food. The most under used antidepressant is exercise.

Food is fuel, not my therapist.

It's that time of year, team! Let's share our 2012 accomplishments and our 2013 Goals!

I'll start -

Accomplishments in 2012:

I had my first child on 7/2/2012 - Colton Harley Wayne was born 6lbs 13oz, 19" long, and almost 4 weeks early. This momma gained 50lbs during pregnancy :(

Goals for 2013:

Get back on track with exercising. I had to completely stop during the second trimester of my pregnancy due to a condition called SPD (symphysis pubis dysfunction).

Stick to a low carb lifestyle once again.

Lose every single pound I gained during pregnancy and a little more (now that I'm no longer nursing). My goal is to see 199 or less by Dec 31, 2013.

Pay off my credit card debt from baby purchases!!
