My personal challenge with taking back my life is to try to change my negative thinking, which is hard to do, and be more positive toward myself and my weight loss. I am also having motivation problems, when I get depressed I just can't get myself to go. Every day is different though, so I just do what I can.
My personal challenge would be to stay motivated. For instance i am supposed to go to the gym this morning...I'm already coming up with ideas for me not to go. Ugh. I AM going to go. I have a tendency to get started on things all gung ho and then my motivation peters out. I AM GOING TO STAY MOTIVATED!!!!
I have a choice of how I will spend my day...I am making positive steps in the right direction! I don't want my circumstances to dictate to me. I want to take charge of my life!! I want to keep a positive attitude. Taking each day and looking for opportunities for living a healthy life!!
