Great Job, well my goal is to get back on track I had a very long week. I was bad and didn't exercise, and I feel yucky very yucky and I can't wait to get back to exercising. I'm still staying under my calorie count but I'm just not exercising.

Hello everyone? I know this sounds stupid but one of the life guards swam across the pool one day at the Ymca and held his breath. It made me mad because I couldn't do it. Well on tuesday I could swim one lap across the pool and hold my breath. Then wedesday I could do it 2 times. But tonight I said I was going to challenge myself to 5 lapes. I did 11 I can only hold my breath one time across the pool . But the fact is I pushed myself and did something I never thought I could.Like a great man said all we have is fear itself.If we hang on to fear it controls us.
