I jogged 3 miles in 44:45 yesterday! My new personal best, I pushed myself as hard as I could. YAH ME! I will update when I beet that time.

I have worked out 7 days in a row!!! I feels great and I can see my hips are a little smaller! my goal is to keep it up for as long as I can. emoticon Starting in Nov. I am going to take a kickboxing class at the Y! Sounds like fun!

I am aiming to get in cardio everyday and make sure I do my strength training 3x's a week. Even though I hate strength training. lol

I have gone to the gym 3 times this week, after almost 4 weeks of not going at all! I have reached my weekly workout goal! It feels great, I am very happy with this accomplishment. emoticon
