hi,,, I'm as always energitic..hurray..Had a good breakfast..i'm not a gud one, i mostly have a brunch but after joining sp, i made it a point to do this first thing so to keep me away from coffee shop and snacks bar...one goal two things avoided.. so i had rice and 2 cup brocollo+ caroots cooked.. sipped asome hot water... ready for this day..Let's go.. we can do this...

Hi I'm Anna :) I used sparkpeople in 2008 and lost 35 lbs. Unfortunately, I'm back to my starting weight again, but this tool worked before, and I know it will again. I hope this team becomes more active, it makes all the difference in the world when you have others cheering you on.
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something, you do it only when it's convenient. When you're commited to something, you accept no excuses; only RESULTS!

Hi! I'm new to this group, I was looking to join a group and find other mama's like me. I am Lori. I'm also 33 and I have 2 children. Piper is turning 4 and Myles is 2. I'm a stay at home mom and you'd think it'd be easy to get the time to workout and plan what I eat, but unfortuanately it isn't. I've been on Sparkpeople for awhile, but kind of fell off in the Spring of 2012. I'd like to really get back with it and even find some motivation and support from others who know what its like to be a mama who wants to get back in shape and feel good about herself again.

It's normal to drift in and out of forums, I'm giving this a shot myself because I figure I stand to learn a lot from other people in my situation. It's not an approach to weightloss I've used before, but I also never have had this amount of weight to lose
It'll be great to see you on here, but more importantly, keep up with your physical activity and your tracking whether on or off!
Hi, Tania I have been on spark for over a year but here lately I haven't been as active as I use to. I do log on everyday but just for a few mins each day. I am getting ready to turn 33 this Sunday. I also have two kids Dylan will be 15 the day after Christmas and Aidan turned 6 in Sept. I have a full time job that I HATE but gotta have it. I hope to start being more active on this team and other teams that I am on. Also to get back to exercising more. I would like to lose about 30 more lbs. Hope you have a great day.

Here's a little snapshot of who I am. I would love to meet and greet with you!
My name is Tania, I'm 33 and a busy mom of 2 (Jack 6 and Sydney 3). I also work full time as a lawyer.
I really let myself go after Jack came along and things got so bad I started off at 188Lbs needing to get back down to 138Lbs - I know, it's crazy - gotta loose 50Lbs.
So I got started this September and as much as it is killing me time-wise (I literally barely have downtime), I feel a bazillion times better than I used to and every Lbs lost is a thrill.
Recording my food intake on the foodtracker has been my salvation, I really had no idea how much I was eating, I just knew it was too much. This tool has really helped me with choices and it is showing.
Between cardio and weight training every day of the week and food tracking, I have been able to lose 16Lbs (I'm down to 172Lbs WOOOHOOOO!).
