My name is Tania, I'm 33 and a busy mom of 2 (Jack 6 and Sydney 3). I also work full time as a lawyer.
I really let myself go after Jack came along and things got so bad I started off at 188Lbs needing to get back down to 138Lbs - I know, it's crazy - gotta loose 50Lbs.
So I got started this September and as much as it is killing me time-wise (I literally barely have downtime), I feel a bazillion times better than I used to and every Lbs lost is a thrill.
Recording my food intake on the foodtracker has been my salvation, I really had no idea how much I was eating, I just knew it was too much. This tool has really helped me with choices and it is showing.
Between cardio and weight training every day of the week and food tracking, I have been able to lose 16Lbs (I'm down to 172Lbs WOOOHOOOO!).
