Hi Teenie, I hope that things are getting better for you by now. I just noticed that there was a post out here. Keep your chin up--spring is around the corner. Just think watermelons, peaches, plums and fresh tomatos.....

Nothing is working for me right now.... I have to get motivated. My depression has been rearing its ugly head for quite some time now.... I have to get past it and get going again. Its just easier said than done right now emoticon

Still the same.

As many lbs as realistically possible before Thanksgiving 2013, my 61st birthday. They are on the same day, November 28, it happens once in many years depending on the leap froggy month. Last time was major the big 50, Thanksgiving I thought the earth trembled! lol

'the only thing working for me right now is just trying to stay away from food and be on this site reading and studying
