You guys are doing great. About Tuesday, I had gained almost 4 lbs. over the weekend. I managed to get it back down a lot, but not to where I was last Saturday. I weighed in this a.m. at 207.0. That makes me up about .6 lbs. emoticon I plan to keep trying harder this week.

Hi gals, I weighed in this morning at 206.6 today. Even with the colonoscopy early this week, I am only down .2 lbs. (sigh) Just glad it wasn't the other direction. Will probably be back up tomorrow, because we went to a movie tonight and I ate popcorn. The salt on popcorn always makes me be up on the scale the following morning. Rosie, I have to make a better effort to get on the treadmill next week too. I slacked off all last week.

I gained 1.4 pounds this week bringing me up to an even 200.0 grrr, but that's what I get for not exercising for 7 days straight! Time to get serious this week, time for a biggest loser loss of 5 pounds...whose with me??? LOL!

I stayed the exact same this week, but it's better than I thought. I will be on a liquid diet tomorrow and most of Monday, so I hope that will help for next week. But, I doubt that I will have any energy to exercise for a couple of days.

Congratulations to both of you gals!! Great numbers for both of you--almost as good as on Biggest Loser. However...I have to report that I gained 1 lbs. I have GOT to get more exercise in and I am still not in that "get serious" mode. I will keep working on it though.

Sorry to say, I gained 1.4 lbs. this week because of Valentines Day (I think). I started the week off on the wrong foot and could never get back on track.

My self-challenge this week will be to try my hardest to not go over 1500 cal. per day.

My weigh-in weight today was 206.0. emoticon
