One thing to really remember is a pound equals 3500 calories. It really is all about counting calories. If you do that you will get where you want to be. It may be hard sometimes, but there are many resources online to figure out what the calorie content is of an item.

It's like your bank account. Many people who don't manage money well don't manage their food intake well either. I learned that on The Biggest Loser. Haha. Good luck!

emoticon I know how you feel. It seems like no matter how hard I try, I just get lose weight - if anything I gain! It seems like men just have to think about losing weight and they often do faster than women. It's not fair!

Hi everyone!

Just joined this group. I'm 25 years old and heard about this site and just had to be a part of it!

I've been doing really great at my cardio, my boyfriend and I go running 3 times a week, but my strength exercises I've been slacking.

I started this program about a month ago and the scale has hardly budged! Its frustrating that I'm not losing anything and the Lbs are falling off my boyfriend. So i've started to work out extra hard and really watch what i'm eating, so i am officially a believer in the last 10 pound are the hardest to lose!!!
