Just joined this group. I'm 25 years old and heard about this site and just had to be a part of it!
I've been doing really great at my cardio, my boyfriend and I go running 3 times a week, but my strength exercises I've been slacking.
I started this program about a month ago and the scale has hardly budged! Its frustrating that I'm not losing anything and the Lbs are falling off my boyfriend. So i've started to work out extra hard and really watch what i'm eating, so i am officially a believer in the last 10 pound are the hardest to lose!!!
