On an average week day I burn about 1600 calories. Not including extra exercise, just walking to and from work, walking at work, etc.

So that's 8,000 cals / week.

I am starting today, so it won't be a full week, but as of today I am at 700 calories burned! 25 minutes of strength training and a 40 minute HIIT workout on the treadmill.
