Although I've only been counting my Firm tapes when posting here, I don't have a problem with counting other tapes. I would think that any moderate to difficult workout tape of 30 minutes or longer would be close to the workout you get with Firm workouts. It is easy to get burned out on the same exercises. With that said, tomorrow I'm planning to start over with all the Firm workouts I did in January. I'm looking forward to having the structure that that brings, but also not looking forward to doing those difficult tapes again.

I've gone past the 10 workouts & I do see some results: my legs are starting to tone up some and it's easier to stretch because my belly isn't sticking out quite as far as it was at the beginning of January. That's all my videotapes! Tomorrow I'll take a break & start the videos over again in February. I might sprinkle in a DVD here & there since I have 6 of those.

3. 1/7 Aerobic body shaping 30 min (got sick and couldn't do the whole thing)
4.1/19 UCB 48 min
5. 1/22 fat blasting cardio 35 min
6 1/23 sculpted buns, hips, thighs 35 min (+ 1mile with Leslie)
7. 1/24 max cardio burn 50 min
8. 1/25 UCB 48 min
9. 1/29 supercharged sculpting (PamP 40 min
10. 1/30 BSS cardio (Nancy) 40 min
