Transfirmer is my favorite system .the UCB is the cardio DVD of the series I love all of them and I do the all 3 day after day when Iam doing this system and run in the other 2 days a 5 k then maybe elliptical and yoga the rest of the days.so don't be afraid to rotate.this system is awesome.hope this helps.
I have finally been able to complete the transfirmer ultimate calorie burn, it issi intense but I do feel so good when I'm done. I noticed when I pushed thru to meet my goal of doing the whole video a week later I had even more noticeable results. Loved it, however I am thinking the change in my routine helped my results and is great but for some weird reason I'm nervous to change my routine now. I do this workout 3x /week and while I have added in one day of yoga and 7 mins of an ab video I am nervous to swap out one day of ultimate calorie burn for another in the transfirmers series. I'm nervous I will lose my results I have gained or get so frustrated with thechange and additional non firm videos I may quit. It is like I'm psyching myself up for failure. Does that make sense? Anyone else ever feel like that?

Good for you ARYSMOMMY1 ! Great job! You're off to great start! Your rotation plan sounds great! I'm sure it helps keep it "fresh" when you mix up your workouts so you don't do the same one back-to-back!

I just did workout #5 in the power of 10 challenge!! That is five workouts in a Sunday to Sunday "week"...That is better than I have done in a long time!!!
How often does everyone change up their rotation? I have two of the Weightloss DVDs with two twenty minute workouts on each one...so a total of four. I have been doing a different one each time trying not to do the same one two times in a row. Good idea?
