Took 3 tries to do it all the way. First time I didn't get through the warm up .... second I lasted 20 minutes, the third try ... lasted the entire 45 or 50'ish minutes.

Yah. It's a great workout. I miss doing it, cause I am doing Supreme 90 day now, but thinking of combining firm workouts in the evening.

Do you like this dvd? I just ordered off Amazon. I also got the cardio workout one with the 4 workouts.
