So, what do you keep in your refrigerator?

For instance, in my fridge I keep 4-5 days worth of fresh, home-made low-cal soups (3-4 different kinds), lentil salads, and super low cal coleslaw. I pre-measure everything and put it handy single serving containers. (My fridge looks like Tupperware and Rubbermaid got together and had kids.) I keep the remaining soup (20-30 portions) in the freezer to take out as needed. I do this so I don't have as much cooking to do every night when I get home.

I also keep yogurt for snacks, and fresh vegetables to steam such as carrots, asparagus, green beans, squash and zucchini. I have at least two of these with dinner every night.

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels and looks.
