5/25 today. Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes and did a 10 minute spark video. I hope to lose a little weight this month! I know I need to start eating better, more veggies and fruits for sure! the doctor called yesterday while I was at the job workshop and want me to call and make an appointment to come in. I just had blood work done last week and have been sleeping all the time again, so they want to see what's going on:)
Happy New Year! My focus this year is to exercise and walk and get stronger. Also, I need to get back to work again! I am going to the "one stop job center" and redoing my resume, maybe some mock interviews, and networking. I am still tired all day every day and I will be seeing the doctor next week to see what is going on now but I hope it is just that I have nothing to do all day so I just sleep. Any prayers will be appreciated:)
Happy New Year to you too! Your focus for this year is admirable and I know it is do-able if you keep it's importance close to you daily. I too began to focus on what I wanted to accomplish this year thanks to your starting the discussion forum. I thank you for that and today I continually thought about my focus for the year and it got stronger.

I've been working on some things since Christmas. I guess I've been super motivated. Things I'm focusing on this year include: 1. Continue working toward my goal weight. 2. Exercise most days. My goal is 3 miles. 3. Increase my fitness. 4. Continue to do 5Ks this year. One a month would be good. 5. Organization. I've started this already and really excited. 6. Get our finances under control.
One thing I'm beginning to think about is where I am going professionally. I don't want to say much about that because I'm not sure what that might include. But, I feel like I'm coming to a crossroads of sorts. The crossroads will be here next year (2014), so its something I feel like I need to be thinking about. Cindi
