I use egg beaters, sliced mushrooms, diced onion and diced bell peppers. Sometimes I use those little tiny squares of Laughing Cow cheese (2 cubes). Maybe a piece of WW bread toasted with spray butter.

i make a cheese toast with 1 slice of lite bread (half a point) and an ounce of muenster sliced up on it and toasted in the microwave. the cheese is 3 points and could easily be less by using no or low fat. then add a fruit for a point and you have a 4.5 point breakfast!

I love english muffins toasted with sugarfree jam. The jam is 0 points and the english muffins are 2. I also will throw in a banana, usually small so it's 1 pt, or a fiber one bar which is 2 pts. Usually adds up to a total of 4 points. I will then have a small snack within the next 3 hours.
I would like some ideas for breakfast. I love egss, tturkey bacon, & milk in the morning, but don't use just egg whites. By the time 4pm comes, I am almost out of points. Breakfast costs me too many. Any suggestions? What do you do for breakfast?
