GOAL: Reduce A1C,BP,tryglicerides,and weight. HOW? By not eating added sugar, using Omega3s, base meals on veggies, water aerobics at least 3X week and using NuStep when I can't get to the pool.

beans in chile for breakfast--but I measured this time

Often I eat the whole can. I have purchased some Weight watcher bowls with measurements on them. It was very easy to measure my vegetarian chili.
