One of MY biggest issues is snacking in the evening. I've been thinking about a personal challenge to myself...only snack on one thing per evening that falls into the healthy snack category and is less than 150 calories. Pick something that you feel like you can do without too much pain to begin with. It's a good idea to start your challenges smaller so you don't discourage yourself with unreasonable goals. Every goal you manage to meet makes you stronger for the next one! Having a personal trainer is great! You are lucky to be able to take advantage of that support. Good luck with your challenge.
