I've just got this to say about The Biggest Loser... Sam is totally HOT and I hope that he wins!! And Ashley is totally looking more gorgeous every week! I'm addicted to that show this season...

aww sorry to hear that but dont give up try to reach for healthier foods to eat instead of the junk foods you can do this

I'm definitely not doing so well on my personal challenge for myself. I've got a friend staying with me while she waits for a house to be ready. She also has 4 dogs and a cat, and 3 kids. Her clothes are piled on top of my treadmill, and the barking is making me a nervous wreck. That's the worst trigger for emotional eating to me. I'm keeping myself within the calorie range, but eating a lot of empty calories. She should be out most of the way by Sunday. (Please God!) I love her dearly and I want to KEEP ON loving her dearly. LOL!

One of MY biggest issues is snacking in the evening. I've been thinking about a personal challenge to myself...only snack on one thing per evening that falls into the healthy snack category and is less than 150 calories. Pick something that you feel like you can do without too much pain to begin with. It's a good idea to start your challenges smaller so you don't discourage yourself with unreasonable goals. Every goal you manage to meet makes you stronger for the next one! Having a personal trainer is great! You are lucky to be able to take advantage of that support. Good luck with your challenge. I'm sure you'll be a success. It's great that you've discovered Sparkpeople to help you stick with your goals. It's been a Godsend to me.

Hello, Andrea here,

I have been selected by the local college to be a biggst loser contestant (NOT for TV). It is an eight week program. I started today with an introductory meeting and I am waiting to meet with my personal trainer.

To help keep me motivated I would love to have challenge on spark people. It could be anything from the longest streak during the eight weeks to the amount of water we drink, to anything. If you have a challenge in mind that would be great.
