Hi NJHELENE under the General Aerobics they have one listed that says high impact including P90x and Insanity I use that when using certain beachbody programs it depends on the intensity of the workout or I just use the closest thing to what I'm doing that I see listed in the list

Hi coaches! I just joined your Spark page today and I'm also starting Focus T25 today. Got my vanilla shakeology this past week and honestly, I'm missing my chocolate, but I'm willing to give it a try. Anyway, does anyone know how to post the calories burned on the spark tracker for beachbody workout programs? It's not like hiking or cycling so I'm not sure what to do. Help!

Measurements taken at the end of my first 6 weeks of Slim in 6 and Shakeology:

Started May 10th and 6 weeks end date June 21st:

Weight: 337 down from 347
Chest: 43 1/4" down from 47"
Waist: 44" down from 46"
Right Thigh: 36" down from 37"
Left Thigh: 36" down from 37"
Right Arm: 20"(no change for some odd reason)
Left Arm: 19 1/2" down from 21"

I will be starting another round of Slim in 6 and getting where I can do the next DVD with my ankles strengthened.

I'm right with you but decided to go ahead start as a coach when I started my Slim in 6 and shakeology. Since my start date of May 10 I've dropped 8.2 pounds and like you my husband notices differences in me and how I look. Next weekend is my 30 day mark and second set of picture time. :-)

Exactly why I'm not a coach -- yet! ;-) But I have confidence that I will be sticking with these programs, as my husband says he can see changes in me. Going to do the half-way point photos this weekend, so I can compare them with my "pre" pictures.

What I've learned from becoming a coach Kashi is that as a coach we need to become a product of the product. For us to help others we should be able to tell them that the products do in fact work by sharing with them the story of our journey doing whatever program or challenge pack we do.

I'm about halfway through the p90x program -- haven't signed up to be a coach yet -- I want to after I finish my 90 days and see how I feel then. I want to make sure I can keep "walking the walk" before I try to do too much talk! :)

mom2mod - brazil butt lift does focus obviously on the booty and thighs, but there is also a core workout (tummy tuck) which is okay, although i prefer chalene's core workouts better. also there are a couple of good cardio workouts in the mix, too (bum bum, bum bum rapido, and cardio axe). i'd think it'd be a more well-rounded workout than revabs, but i haven't done that one, so i can't say for sure. i don't use brazil butt lift exclusively. i work some of the BBL workouts into whatever program i'm using when i feel like a need a little more work in the booty area or just need to look at something different for a break from what i'm doing :o)

Blindbatty: How do you like Slim in 6?? Is it intense and have you seen resultsÖ I plan on purchasing the showcase pack and I know that itís included, but I havenít really given the program much thought. I know what you mean about building upÖ I bought Insanity Ė The Asylum but havenít started it yet. Iím doing another round of Insanity before I do.

Crasmussen: Keep me posted on how p90x goesÖ I havenít had an interest in doing it for the longest time, but since it comes in the showcase pack.. Iím thinking about trying it out eventually after I accomplish completing these other programs.

Dragonfly: How do you like Brazil Butt LiftÖ Iíve been contemplating getting that or rev absÖ I read the reviews for Revabs and it was so so.. I didnít check out BBL yet. Does it work only your butt or does it work other areas also?? I know that Iím definitely doing Turbo Fire after I finish Chalean extreme and Round 2 of Insanity. Iím pretty excited about it.. Iíve heard good comments about it!

i just started turbofire and really like it. i've also done p90x, chalean extreme, and brazil butt lift.

as for coaching, i have only been a coach for about a week, but i do have one client who picked up turbofire the same time i did, so it's convenient for me to help her with it. i have had lots of interest, but people seem too unmotivated/scared/shy/procrastinating to get started with beachbody. all i know to do is to keep working out as hard as i can, get into awesome shape, and show them by my good example that what they want to achieve is possible.

I am currently doing the Slim in 6 (burn it up for a few more weeks then series) I am using this as a ladder to go to Hip Hop Abs, Chalean and "upwards"...
