Yes, I agree it's weird and I wish I knew why. I am going to have to go to a Message Board and ask so I can find out....
I knew you had an auto message going out - but I just like to post to their walls too. And I usually follow their blogs...ya know, stalk Da Yoopers members. (How many people are going to LEAVE now?! LOL)
Seriously though, I find it really weird, and am on a mission to find out why!
That is weird. Don't know. Did that help? I have it set up so they get an automatic message when they join so they did get something anyway. :)

We have a couple of new Da Yoopers team members. I like to post on their walls, OR, if they don't have a SparkPage, at least send them a message. There are times (like really recent) that they are not able to be clicked on. If they are BRAND NEW members to the team (like in the last day or so) they must exist, right? So.......why can't I click on them, to even send them SparkMail? Is there a setting that people can use to not get mail, messages, or anything?
I always assumed if they were ghosted like that, and there was no link to click on, that they were no longer members of SP. BUT - if they JUST joined...why would they delete their account??!
HELP ME! I have been here for like 2 1/2 years and I have yet to figure this out. I know I'm gonna feel like a dummy when someone tells me, so who gets the honor??
