on the loss you've had so far!! Way to go! I think you are going at this in a great way! I redid ALL of my goals, and instead of focusing on that BIG number that I needed to tackle, I started thinking about...what do I want to accomplish in a month...a week...a day? And it helps me stay focused!
I didn't want to write until I KNEW I was on track. I've started and failed so many times that I didn't want to put myself out there again and fail miserably. But, I started sparking again starting Jan 4 and I'm doing pretty good...lost 5.2 the first week. I've still got an immense amount to lose but I can't think about that...I can only manage 1 day at a time or I'll become overwhelmed, discouraged, and quit again. But, today I'm feeling great...on a roll and planning on heading into our short summer with a lot less weight to lug around. So..HI to those I haven't met, Hi again to those I met years ago and good luck all. Oh, BTW, I'm in Negaunee.
