That sounds great!! I can do that.. emoticon and do we get treat when done maybe a scoop of yogurt ice cream YUM YUM and those delicious pumpkin bars by weight watchers (the cake mix and a can of pumpkin).....lol..Jody

ok, so I have been thinking about this challenge thing.

I have the water down really well. i challenged myself the past 2 weeks to only water., no soda, no kool aid, no tea. i did allow myself soda on weigh in days. which is fridays. but not the entire 2 litre bottle. (all diet).

so i would like to do an exercise challenge.

how about a 1800 calorie workout week? 300 calories a day for 6 days. very doable.

i am going to make a new post for this challenge and you can post results there.
starting today, so lets go team!!!

I am in ..I don't think I drink enough water..I even started drinking more coffee and tea ..just to add, I drink about 1 flavored water a day..I will drink some water before and after I exercise...then whatever I get from my fruits and veggies or soups..

Count me in.. I'm up for it! I'll also do any excercise challenges.. Oh and I have a question... How often to you all weigh in/measure??? I've just started and have been doing it once a week (Sunday)..

OK, 8 8 ounces WATER a day for a week. I am gonna be able to do that without a problem. I love water. lol.

but, i have not been keeping a close watch on it. I am just assuming i am getting the right amount.

so out comes the water pitcher.

so, come on evryone. lets start drinking.

Sounds good except that I fell off the wagon a few days ago and can't get my big bottom back up on it. emoticon

Ok, I would like to do some sort of challenge, not weight loss tho.

like maybe how many fruits or veggies you eat, or did you meet your exercise goal for the week, something like that.

or maybe just a challenge for each member to post a message about how they are doing. so we can get to know each other.
