A couple years ago I really got into Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds dvds...and I did just that! But now, those pesky pounds have come back and really need to get back to that routine because it worked. And really, in-home walking, 30 minutes a day? Who doesn't have time for that!?

I just started using Fit Firm & Fired up by Spark's Nicole Nichol. I like it because 1. There are 10 minute segments and I can pick and choose and fit it in with what I did with my wii. 2. It is slow and accessible for me at this point, but will still be useful as I get more fit, strong and flexible. I have her cardio, too, but have not used it yet.

Taebo has been a long favorite of mine. I had to start off slow to learn the moves but once i got those down doing the faster cardio videos became a lot of fun and a great workout.

As for pilates I do a jennifer kries video that really got me started, and was kind of fun. It has separate parts for the arms legs and flexibility in general.

I LOVE doing Turbo Jam with Chalene Johnson but I'd suggest doing it by using the low impact modification as you could hurt your knees more if you do it high impact. She's FUN and I've had terrific results! I highly recommend it!

I just can't do pilates. I'm trying to find a couple fun ones that I can stick with that isn't too hard on the knees. I used to use Gilad...way back in the day. He was great!!!! After my second son I lost 50 pounds and was in a size 6. Then had a 3rd son, and BAM!!!!! Don't know where the poundage came from.
