Congratulations on the wedding!
Exercise is sometimes hard to be motivated about doing! I so get it! :-)
I find inspiration by going to the fitness section of SP and creating a plan there. Or you can have SP create a plan for you.
i like checking off the boxes that i've completed, and it helps to give me contiued motivation. seeing what I've accomplished makes me want to keep it going.
Plus, doing a full hour work out at a time is a bit daunting to me, so i just do one at a time or a couple at a time, and before you know it, I'm done. Also, I walk with my dog, so it makes it fun...not so exercise-y! Even if you just walk 10-15min at a time..... do it 2-3 times a day and you've walked 30-45min already. Just commit to move everyday. you can build on that :-) You can be proud that you did some movement instead of watchng another re-run of freindsor grey's anatomy(my thing:-} ) Dont be hard on yourself because its not an hour, congratulate yourself that you got up and moved :-) It's a whole lot more than we all were doing before!
