Welcome to the team. Jumping Jacks are a great way to tone the upper/lower body and get that cardio in.
* There are full jumping jacks where the arms are pulled over the head
* There are half-jumping jacks where the arms are only pulled to shoulder height
* You can modify your jumping jacks to prevent any injuries to your knees or lower limbs by using the water, mini trampoline and/or rebounder. What ever works for you, as long as you try to get some in everyday.
* Work at your own pace and if you can't do 50 to start off, don't worry about it. Try to work your way up to 50 by doing them in 5 or 10 at a time throughout the day.
You can challenge yourself more by adding some turns in there,hand weights or even some knee-ups. BUT BE CAREFUL. Don't over do it!!
Which ever you choose just WORK THAT BODY because I BELIEVE IN YOU !!!!
