Phi Mu is currently number one on sparkpoints and we're only a little over 100 fitness minute behind the 1st place holder. I goal is to keep doing what I can, so that when I get the pins out on the 13th....be can be the greek system leaders on spark.

it is amazing how quickly time can get away from me! things have been hectic with working the easter season, getting sick, moving, and just keeping up and keeping on. i am back and i am available. sorry i ended up being away for so long. hope all are doing well! lets all get the spring in our step!!!

Exercise: 2 hours per week, with at least 10 minutes every day. Only did the minimum 10 today. Will try for 20 tomorrow.

SPREAD THE SPARK (daily): Huddle with five teams, Participate in Just Do It Weekly Challenge and Florida Golf Challenge, Comment on two 1st Blogs, Connect with an average of ten Spark Friends.
JUST FOR FUN (daily): Spend at least two hours either reading, watching a television show I enjoy, taking a nap, playing on Facebook, or spending Quality Time with a friend live and in the flesh!

We're having company visit next week, so my goal will be to eat sensibly every time we go to yet another great restaurant and drink lots of water throughout the day.

Accountability: Participate in Just Do It Team Challenge, January JumpStart Challenge, and Spark Florida Team's Golf Game.
Spread the Spark: Huddle with each of my Spark Teams (21) a minimum of two times this week, Comment on 2 members 1st blogs daily, Encourage at least 5 Spark Friends per day!
