yes i totaly understand what you are saying . life stress is a very hard thing to deal the emotional up and downs and all the words that people toss at you . you have to take better care of yourself . i start to think ... why ???
Most of the time I am good but once in a while I get worried that how come I purposely sabotage my good health! I know better not to eat the wrong foods, not to eat too much not to get upset about little things. And I am usually very careful but when I am down a little bet that is when things go the wrong way with me. It is like building a sand castle and when it nearly finished I start knocking it down. Why? Why not just lie in the sun and enjoy it. Perhaps tweak it a little. I need to get smarter! Or work on my sand castle slower that it does not come to the point where I knock it down again.
