Hi Raylene, I had my bypass surgery in 08 and I still continue to go to rehab. I enjoy the exercises and meeting new members. It is wonderful for me to get to talk to others who have experienced the same kind of operation and I would like to stay in contact. Emma

Hi Emma, I am just taking over as Leader for this team and I wanted to welcome you too the team. How long ago was your Surgery? I had mine on May 19, 2011 about 1 1/2 years ago and still going strong. I went through Cardiac Rehab after my bypass and it was a great motivator. Keep up the good work.

I had my heart bypass about two years ago and I have attended a cardio rehab program and it worked for me too also fine. I am running, biking and going on canoe trips and feel fine. Yes life is good after our heart bypass. Keep eating right and do regular exercises!!! George:-)
Each day is a gift, enjoy it.

Since I had my bypass surgery, I have been attending cardiac rehab at the hospital and continue to feel fine. I continue to go twice a week and use the following machines: the treadmill, Nustep, and the bycyle. I will truly say that rehab really work.
