I go to the gym every day, do about an hour there, then walk during the day sometime for another 45 minutes to an hour. At the gym I alternate between a stationary bike, a machine called a sci-fit which is a bike with an ergometer (you peddle with arms and legs at the same time), and the treadmill. I do a mix of weights and strength machines, mostly machines for strength, and some yoga for stretching.
The latest twist is a new machine called the Ab Solo, really fun for a core workout. The exercise has helped me more than anything to get my diabetes and heart issues under control.
If I can stop one heart from breaking,
