My major goal for 2010 is to plan my meals (3 a day plus snacks), make a grocery list, buy the things on the list, prepare and serve the meals I planned.
For some reason, I've been getting bogged down in the process, if I HAVE made the plans and bought the ingredients, I generally haven't followed through.
Focusing on this one thing will benefit my family, my checkbook, my weight, my blood pressure, my cholesterol, and my triglycerides. (And probably several other areas that I haven't listed.)
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Dear God, please help me to remember that there is nothing that can happen to me that You have not permitted, and that if You have permitted it, You are right with me as I make my way over, under, around, or through it.
