if we do not know how to correct the problems we face . we can not fade away into the wood work but if we crave a log we can manage to make it a thing of beauty . by touching the wood it becomes smooth .

My cardio rehab did me wonders. More than 50 lbs is still only a once a day but I weigh 108 ish so that's not bad. Walking muddy hills is most of my exercise this week, wood for fire, cooking in a large cast iron skillet my lifting. A groop is not just what you can get out of it.
And, I've figured out from attending the Mended Hearts meeting here in town that man people who have this kind of surgery tend to live their lives as an invalid... My cardiologist can't believe that I've turned my life around, exercise-wise, which is why everyone who has this surgery ought to have to go to cardiac rehab to get them started, then find Sparkpeople to keep them going!
We'll miss Ronnie if he goes, but the bottom line is that all we can do is to exercise, eat right, and post our minutes and goals. There really just may not be that many of us on Sparkpeople to make this a huge group.

Hi Auntga, let's just keep it moving. I hate to see Ratdar1 leave, but if he's not getting anything out of it, then what can we do? You get out, what you put in. We are all struggling and if people give up that easy what is the point of it all? On a good note I lost a pound, and I will try my best to stay on track this time. Many blessings!!!
