LOL - I personally stopped only because everyone else did, as I am just serving as a cheerleader for those of you looking to lose the 10 pounds!! :-)

Yay Gee!!! Congrats on the loss already, you're going to do great this time girl! Work along with us for the challenge no matter what you goal is, it's just to help keep us in line when it comes to Holiday meal celebrations!

Hi Gina and congrats on the successful surgery and the 10 pounds down already.

Okay, I have to ask ... and maybe it's just my ignorance or a difference in Canadian versus American terminology but.... what is GP? I'm thinking GastroPlasty, which I would call gastric bypass (or RNY). But maybe it's something I've never heard of.

I'll be happy to serve as a cheerleader on this team for others in this challenge, since I have no need or desire to lose 10 pounds - I already have too many people telling me I should put on 10 pounds!!

Hi Everyone!

Christmas is on it's way, and we all know it's a hard time of year to battle all the wonderful meals and delicious treats we face when celebrating the Holidays!

We have 10 weeks until Christmas, lets all work together to help fight those temptations and work towards losing 10 lbs by Christmas day!!!


Let's go TEAM....WE CAN DO THIS!!!
