The kickboxing classes are fun and easy to follow- there is a really good kickboxing class at 51st street in the evening (it's either tues or wed night). Also the cardio jam and total body conditioning classes taught by Tru Dog are amazing! He makes class so much fun, you don't even notice how much you are sweating. I know he's at E86th street on Saturday morings and on W62 on Tuesday nights.
So far, I've taken their Spin and Total Body Conditioning classes but would love to get more cardio in. Any suggestions? How are their Step and Cardio Kickboxing classes? Are they difficult to follow? Thanks! :)
