These two things are so similar. They are really related to a state of mind. I find when I am eating well and exercising I also cut back on spending and find ways to make a little more cash. When I am crazy with my spending, I also tend to binge eat. If we just try to keep a balance to everything our waistline and finances will look a lot better!

Oh I can relate to that... I've lost 26 pounds yet I still have excess weight to lose and credit card debt to pay back... it's a process but I'm working on losing the weight and paying off the debt

The was a quote from Season 5 of Biggest Loser, Mallory Bray. I find that debt and excess weight have a lot in common. Just wanted to share this quote, its right up our alley!
