Cool, another good one is the 100 work out, it covers cardio, core and legs/butt.

Its:

100 jumping jacks
90 crunches
80 squats
70 lying leg lifts
60 jumping jacks
60 crunches
40 squats
30 lying leg lifts
20 jumping jacks
10 min of cardio
