Happy be-lated anniversary to you, Jani-Lou!

4 years for me with SP today and should be celebrating. But...

This is the first year that I'm feeling a bit like a failure. Have not been doing well at all the past few months as far as fitness and nutrition since my surgery. As a result, I gained almost all the weight back that I lost and hate looking at myself in the mirror. Lost my motivation and gave up somewhat. I say "somewhat" because something within me won't let me give up all together. So, I've been popping in and out of SP now and then trying to hold on to what little motivation I have left and take my time to get back on track.

Looking forward to being better to me in 2013.

There has to be someone else left from the SP Class of December 14-20, 2008. I would love to hear from any of you to find out how you are going? Are you still using Spark? How have your goals turned out?
I lost eighty pounds and regained thirty, but I'm back on track, and I know I am going to succeed this time.
Stop by my Spark Page and say hi! emoticon emoticon

In December, 2012, it will be four years since I stumbled across Spark People by accident, and it changed my entire life. I'm sixty pounds lighter now, and although I still have a way to go to reach my goal, I know I will get there one day.

If only five percent of people who start toward their weight-loss goals succeed in the general community, I bet it's a lot higher for those who join Spark People.

Who is still here? Come on! I can't be the only one left!
