I'm here. Really need to get back serious with the program. Although I workout twice most days and track my food daily I just am not seeing success. I know I need to watch what I am eating more. Just got back from a week with my daughter and granddaughters and now preparing for them to go for a visit here in a month. So, my goal right now is to lose at least 5 pounds before their visit. Of course, more would be good.
We aren't having much summer weather here in the PNW. The weather was much better in MN this past week and wish we could have brought it back with us
