There seems to be allot of hubbub lately about the RDA for Vitamin D being too low, especially since so many of us use sunscreen every time we go out..
I have began taking a 1000mg D3 supplement daily, and will plan to do so at least thru the winter months.

I've also seen it recommended that we spend about 10 min/day with arms and face exposed to the sun sans sunscreen, in order to get the vitamin D benefits.
