Good ideas! What do you think about a Thanksgiving challenge? Its less than a month away (YIKES!!), so it would be a good short term challenge. Plus, I know I have a hard time staying on track this time of year, and Im sure a lot of other folks feel the same way.

I will send out a SparkMail to invite everyone on the team by this weekend. I am excited about this!

I think we should def do a team challenge!!! Challenges always keep people motivated.. My opinion a 2 - 4 week challenge works best.. something where people will stay motivated for the few weeks and then after its over start something else.. like maybe a mile challenge- 1st week everyone walk 1 mile every day, 2nd week 2 miles, 3rd week 3 miles, and so on depending on how many weeks.. then have everyone weigh in!! Would be fun and get everyone moving every day!

Hey there! Glad to hear you are doing so good now! I have never had one of those work competitions, but everyone says they are really motivating!

Would you like to see any kind of team challenge? I really need to do something to get this team active again!!! Ideas would be much appreciated!

Hey..well its been a long time since we all signed up... how are we all doing??? As for me.. better now.. I joined then slacked off, gained weight, didnt log in for a long time, and just got miserable!!! .. a few weeks ago my work started a biggest loser competition and I got back into my routine and decided to log back on.. I am hooked now!! I hope everyone is doing well and staying motivated!!
