Good ideas! What do you think about a Thanksgiving challenge? Its less than a month away (YIKES!!), so it would be a good short term challenge. Plus, I know I have a hard time staying on track this time of year, and Im sure a lot of other folks feel the same way.

I think we should def do a team challenge!!! Challenges always keep people motivated.. My opinion a 2 - 4 week challenge works best.. something where people will stay motivated for the few weeks and then after its over start something else.. like maybe a mile challenge- 1st week everyone walk 1 mile every day, 2nd week 2 miles, 3rd week 3 miles, and so on depending on how many weeks.. then have everyone weigh in!! Would be fun and get everyone moving every day!
Hey..well its been a long time since we all signed up... how are we all doing??? As for me.. better now.. I joined then slacked off, gained weight, didnt log in for a long time, and just got miserable!!! .. a few weeks ago my work started a biggest loser competition and I got back into my routine and decided to log back on.. I am hooked now!! I hope everyone is doing well and staying motivated!!
