I just look at the link. It seems to be something that I might can use. I do walk on the treadmill and glidder. Thanks for the information.
Thanks for the link. I will have to check them out. Right now I am getting to the gym 6 days a week but I know there will be days I can't and this will really help.
Those are great. I lost many inches for my wedding my doing the 3 mile every morning!
I have both of those videos .. and let me tell you they are GREAT!! Especially if you are stuck indoors during the winter months!!! Just basically walk in place with some extra stuff added in there for your arms. :) Very easy .. low impact and great workout!
